We are kicking off our month-long Crabfest celebration! Throughout the entire month of June we’ll be serving a special Crabfest menu featuring four different types of crab as well as a selection of daily rotating specials. Our talented executive chefs will be preparing a variety of delicious dishes using Jonah crab, soft shell blue crab, king crab and Dungeness crab, all from across North America.
Executive Chef Yale Woodson, heading up the kitchen at Turner’s Seafood at Lyceum Hall in Salem, MA, will be preparing a variety of appetizers including the refreshing Summer Rock Crab Salad with a lime Dijon vinaigrette and Crab Potstickers, along with entrees such as the Soft Shell BLAT on warm Naan bread and Trio Crab Platter accompanied by baked potato and coleslaw.
At the Melrose location, Executive Chef Jamie Aguilar will be cooking up appetizers including unique crab apps like the Jonah Fresco served with corn chips for dipping and Fried Jumbo Soft Shelled Crab with sweet corn relish, as well as savory entrees including the panko crusted Imperial Crab Haddock with garlic mashed and asparagus and Grilled Alaskan King Crab Legs with prosciutto and brussel sprouts.
