A recent NYT article by Nicholas Bakalar covers the details of a newly released study on the link between cognitive brain power and a diet of healthy fish. While several studies have linked Omega-3s to developing a healthy mind and staying sharp as you age, this study suggests that consuming regular portions of baked or broiled (but not fried!) fish over time can help you maintain healthy levels of gray matter in you brain- which is responsible for the functions of cognition and memory.
